Most missing orders have a simple reason. Work through this list before raising a ticket.

1. It’s too soon. Orders usually show within 1 hour, so give it a little time.
2. The buyer ordered too late. The order has to be placed within 30 minutes of clicking your link.
3. The buyer took a different route. They searched Flipkart separately, came back later from an old tab or the app home screen, or clicked another affiliate’s link before ordering.
4. The product pays 0%. Gift cards, gold and silver coins, gemstones, unlisted phones, Apple audio, Grocery Xtra Saver and Flipkart Minutes earn nothing.
5. The purchase is excluded. Flipkart First subscriptions and value-added services earn no commission.
6. The order was cancelled or returned. Its profit is cancelled, even if it showed as Pending.

How to raise a missing-profit ticket

None of the reasons above apply? Raise a ticket within 10 days of the order date:
